In its efforts to combat the safety challenges amid the COVID-19 pandemic, HCD Chauffeur Drive, London’s largest corporate chauffeur service London provider company has implemented certain guidelines and an initiative implementing comprehensive safety measures in all its luxury vehicles for providing a safe travel experience for both passengers and chauffeurs.

Over the past year,  HCD Chauffeur Drive has been working hard to make sure that you can travel as safely as you can. We have installed perspex screens between the driver seat and passenger seat. HCD Aims to Improve Passenger and Chauffeur Safety in Times of COVID-19

HCD Chauffeur Drive aims to take care of every customer and make the transfer as safe as possible.

Due to the Government's social distancing rules, the passenger seat will be kept vacant with only the driver in the front of the car. 

The safety screens sit directly between the front seats and the back seats and help to prevent infection between driver and customer. 

Steps Taken By Our Chauffeurs To Combat COVID-19

Our chauffeurs will make some additional steps to ensure your safety:

Masks & Gloves - All of our chauffeurs are instructed to wear masks and gloves throughout your journey and their time with you.

Avoid handshakes - At such time,  we are practising social distancing avoiding handshakes while greeting.

Luggage - Usually our drivers would load your luggage for you but at this time, we recommend that you load your own luggage, however, our chauffeurs can assist you. 

Daily sanitization - Each of the vehicles will be disinfected before every ride. All the touchpoints which may have been touched by the previous passenger are cleaned and sanitized properly like doorknobs, seats etc.

Weekly sanitization - All our cars are fumigated and cleaned on the interior and exterior on a weekly basis using professional equipment at HCD outlets.

Are any changes made in the service during this time?

We are operating as usual while following government guidelines for safe travel.

Our Cars

All our cars (Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Range Rover and Bentley) are less than 3 years old so you know you will be travelling in style and in comfort throughout the journey.

All vehicles are professionally maintained and public service vehicles are subject to 2 MOTs per year.

HOW WILL I KNOW THE CARS ARE CLEAN?

As mentioned above, in between each journey, your vehicle will be cleaned with anti-bacterial materials and all cars are fumigated on weekly basis at the HCD outlet. Moreover, as all of our vehicles have leather seats, it is much easier to wipe and clean them.

Each of our luxury cars including the MPVs and coaches undergoes a deep-clean process on weekly basis.
